The p.e.a.c.h. Land Bank and Farmland Trust

P.e.a.c.h. maintains a land bank consisting of arable parcels made available by local landowners who are willing to let the p.e.a.c.h. "Our Fresh Future for Spokane" project farm their land under agricultural lease agreements. We continually seek additional landowners to add parcels to the Land Bank.

In addition, we actively endeavor to acquire land bank parcels through outright purchase, purchase of the development rights or by donations and bequests. These parcels become part of the p.e.a.c.h. Farmland Trust. Any land acquired by the trust is protected from non-agrarian development and preserved in perpetuity as an agricultural resource through a binding stewardship agreement and a working management plan maintained by p.e.a.c.h. Trust parcels remain part of the Land Bank.

If you have any land that you would consider adding to the p.e.a.c.h. Land Bank, please use the form below to tell us about it. Your personal information is safe with us. We respect your privacy.
